Our primary contact at Estate Inventory Services was Megan Gervais. She was amazing! This was our first online auction so we had loads and loads of questions which Megan answered promptly and always with a smile. The entire production was pretty amazing to observe. Everything from organizing items located around the house into similar groups to the efficiency of the team photographing and labeling each item. We were so impressed with how quickly this was completed and how smoothly the pick up day went. Staff was available to bring items to the winning bidders and help them load as needed. If you are looking for online auction services, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Estate Inventory Services. Thank you Megan and team for making this the best experience it could be!!

There are a lot of options for estate liquidating, but unfortunately, not all of them exhibit the integrity and incredible customer service that estate inventory service does. They are great communicators and are very responsive to customers. I would highly recommend that you consider them for your estate liquidation and inventory needs. They are trustworthy, fair, and professionals.

I enjoy viewing the listings of Estate Inventory Services (Auctions) almost as much as winning their auction pieces through AuctionNinja. EIS listing will show me & tell me plenty upon which to base my bids. Some sellers are too lazy to include measurements with their photos... EIS includes item dimensions in their descriptions. Plus, they're very kind to stone frogs, which I put right next to a sprinkler head so they'll stay clean! 😉

Bonnie and her crew were phenomenal when I worked with them this past year after my sister passed away suddenly. It was a very difficult time for our family. I am the executor of my sister's estate, and I live far away in a different state. I didn't know where to begin with handling all of my sister's belongings. She was highly recommended from my estate attorney, so I contacted her and several other estate companies to try and help us through everything. We chose to work with Bonnie because she was so genuine and caring about the entire situation. She communicated so well both when I was in Colorado and when I returned home. They took care of everything from ensuring that we had my sister's most treasured items put aside to emptying the house after all other items were sold. It put my family and I at ease knowing that such a caring person was handling those things for us. I would highly recommend Bonnie and her crew to handle your family's needs. I never felt like this was just another "job" for her and her company. She was always so compassionate for what we were all going through, and she never made me feel bad for asking a million questions or needing extra time to process through decisions about emotional items.
